Counselors-at-law in Germany

July 29, 2009 by

There are about 140,000 counselors-at-law working in Germany (in the year 2008). A German advocate either works as a self-employed professional or as an employee of a law company. The advocate is a so-called independent organ of the legal system. As a client you have the right to choose your preferred lawyer absolutely on your own. The following site offers a directory of counselors-at-law assorted by German cities: Anwalt Stuttgart.

Your legal practitioner is independent of any instructions of third parties and should only chase your specific interests. He or she may not reveal details of your case to unauthorized third parties. Additionally your legal practitioner has the right to make binding statements on your behalf. So it is very important to find a legal practitioner whom you really trust. German counselors-at-law can be found here: Anwaelte Nuernberg. This is a human edited directory of legal practitioners, which is growing constantly. Besides using Internet directories you can find the right advocate by studying the local press or by asking friends for recommendations.

The German advocate can work as a generalist or as a specialist. As our world is becoming more and more complex, it might be a good idea to look for a advocate who is specialized in a specific area of law. There are for example specialized advocates for family law (divorces etc.), employment law, tax law, insurance law, inheritance law, road traffic law, medical law and several others.

Self-employed legal practitioners face the same problems as any other entrepreneur. They are looking for opportunities to advertise their businesses effectively and at low costs. The Internet offers a lot of possibilities to achieve that. There are already several directories of German counselors-at-law online. Some of them charge a one time rate, and some of them do recurring billing. Legal practitioners can advertise their businesses in the following directory: Rechtsanwalt Chemnitz. It is free of charge at the time of this writing.

Deep within the pages of the school journal that his eighth-grade teacher asked him to keep, Kevin Jones had a simple answer for why he thought fellow Chicago Public Schools students were being killed by gunfire. “They (are at) the wrong place at the wrong time,” he wrote in his April 1, 2008 entry. More than two years later, Chicago police say Jones — who family and friends describe as a quiet 15-year-old with hoop dreams of becoming the next Dwyane Wade — was at the wrong place at the wrong time early Sunday morning when shots rang out at a South Side graduation party. The Harper High School freshman was shot in the back after a quarrel that began over a broken window at an apartment in the 7800 block of South Carpenter Street in the city’s Gresham neighborhood, authorities said. Jones wasn’t involved in the altercation that led to his death, police said. Authorities found Jones unresponsive about 2:15 a.m. Sunday and rushed him to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where…

Well, first you have to gain a confidence about the person who advices you. If you don't trust a doctor, how you will know to trust "someone".

There's a lot of reliable information, written by doctors from famous clinics (like mayoclinic.com or even on health.yahoo.com), on virtually all health topic on the internet. Read that first, join some health forum – you can get valuable info from patients, who suffered the same disease as you might have.

Advocate without medical education is of a questionable value, but experienced patient may give you good advice.

Imagine Indian schools if we had no private schools. And now with International boards International Baccalaureate and A levels, we have more options. At the college level in Pune, Bharti Vidyapeeth, Symbiosis, and MIT have Management, medical, law colleges, and if nothing else at least hey are accountable.
I am all for liberalization of education in India. The subsidized education is fine, but it definitely needs to be supplemented with private institutions.
Having wider options will also help us get over the Indian obsession with Science and Technology.

It is true that the new institutes have given people more options and more chances. But, in this post one of things I have emphasized was the completeness of an American University campus. I dont know if these new institutes have that completeness yet, and it really helps people switch between programs. That is important because it is a bit unfair to think that 17-18 year old kids know what they want to do with their lives.

7-11 no because you are not old enough to be able to handle the beer and wine sales.
You can mow lawns, rake leaves, walk dogs, you can be a tutor for younger kids by asking former teachers to recommend you (as long as you did well in their class)
You would be better off doing this kind of stuff instead of working at fast food or in retail stores for now. This way you set your own hours. Once you start working for a retail place, you lose all control of your working hours. You will end up working every day of every weekend and you will get burned out on it really fast. Save that for when you are a bit older.
