I would think that the great majority of anxiety suffers, would like to be capable to treat night time anxiety. I don’t discern what it is, but having night time anxiety feels heaps worse than having anxiety in the course of the day.
I used to suffer with night time anxiety really bad, it got to the phase where I started to fear the night time. And of course the extra attention that I gave to it the stronger my night time anxiety got. It started to be a viscous circle.
How i learnt to treat night time anxiety, was that i set into place some coping strageties.
The initial thing I did was to have a dvd player in the bedroom, and played my favourite films to distract me from my anxiety. Since I really wanted a good nights sleep.
Really what I considered necessary was a gap from my anxiety. Focusing on a film that I liked distracted my mind, which gave me slight breaks from my anxiety. Except it was more than that, if a distraction could impede my anxiety it just proved to me that my belief where manifesting my anxiety.
This actually started to help me treat my night time anxiety. A minor break from my anxiety was thoroughly appreciated, I can tell you.
I also bought some relaxation cd’s to listen too as I was trying to go to sleep. Being relaxed truly does alleviate anxiety. As we are in a anxious state are bodies are so tensed and prepared for the fight or flight syndrome, we actually need to get our bodies to unwind and feel calm and peaceful. I cannot stress this enough, get your body to relax.
I also tried exercises at night before I went to bed to get free of all my surplus energy. This may perhaps sound odd but I was up for trying anything to treat night time anxiety. My night time schedule was exercise, immerse in the bath, then either a dvd or a relaxation tape to assist me get off to sleep.
You could also try taking some natural herbs at night to help you relax and get off to sleep. Make sure you ask a expert who can guide you on what to take and how much to take.
If you do not mind taking drug to treat night time anxiety, then there are sleeping tablets or sedatives that you can take that will help you ease your night time anxiety. Again ask your general practitioner about what medications are available and not dangerous to take.
But bring to mind taking medicine for anxiety does not heal your anxiety, but it does give you a rest from it. The best way to treat anxiety is to find a counsellor or personal coach who can aid you to work through the issues that are causing your anxiety. This is the only way to treat night time anxiety and s it.

Yes, you can. Now is actually the best time to have the agreement modified. You will need to contact an attorney. He/She will know the best course of action for your state, and can modify the agreement to specify whatever you want it to say. If your soon to be ex doesn't agree to the terms you can have it taken in front of the judge and present these facts to him/her.
Do not end up suffering because you want to be the nice parent. He is abusing what privelages you are providing him with his children.
It is better to have your children be raised by onely their mother, than to be abused/mistreated/ignored by their father when they are with him.
"Though they were studious and busy people they did not allow themselves to further themselves from their belief. They always had time for their God.
