Risks and complications of aesthetic dentistry procedures are few and in between but there are still some which are plausible and therefore which need to be fully understood of by the patient. The dentist will discuss this with any potential client before they choose to whiten teeth, to make sure that they are aware and that they are still willing and wanting to go through with the procedure.
These dentistry procedures, although none are ever really necessary and that is why they are known as aesthetic or cosmetic dentistry procedures, they can greatly help one`s self esteem and help them to look better and feel better about themselves.

Well done indeed! An accurate comparison, although my fear of dentists leads to a little mental pain during dental procedures.
It's true, but not so sad, that law school exams are no longer terrifying. Now they're just an annoyance, the result of which will follow us around for the rest of our lives. Goody!

Ironically, fluoride use occurred because in the early 1900’s residents of Southwestern US cities with natural calcium fluoride in their drinking water had fluoride discolored but decay resistant teeth.
Researchers knew that fluoride was the tooth discoloring culprit and assumed it was also the cavity preventing hero. However, little was known at that time about how important calcium is to decay free and healthy teeth.
So after 60 years of adding fluoride chemicals into the drinking water to prevent tooth decay and after fluoridated dental products have become a multi billion international market, tooth discoloration or dental fluorosis is afflicting up to 48% of children while tooth decay rates are growing.
So it makes sense that researchers are finally marketing a product with calcium – which was the tooth decay hero in the first place.
Unfortunately, old habits die hard. Enamelon was the first fluoride free toothpaste to be sold that worked better than fluoride. However, they didn’t have the marketing ability and big bucks required to counter the belief system of the American public indoctrinated by advertising and their dentists misguided advice that fluoride is necessary when, in fact, it is not.

i think your teeth will end up not being whit at all. there are some products that will whiten teeth without the discoloration or sensitivity. try using the Listerine (or something like that) that will help but it will do some burning around your mouth. if you were bleaching it then it may do some damage to your mouth and your gums get all sensitive by then. but for now just try using the one i just mention.
