Are you looking for someone? is it an old school friend, a child hood buddy or a colleague? Well there are many ways of finding this person free online. I have a number of articles covering this subject and provided tips and recommendation to find people free online. In this article I will concentrate on using social networking sites.
Before i show you how to use find people free let me give you an overview.
If you are not aware of what social networking sites are, well let me explain in a nutshell. If you’ve ever heard of the term web 20.0 well this is the basis for social networks. They are more or less similar to the old fashion forums and chartrooms but come with a little twist.
Social networks provide individuals with a space they can call their own online. That is, you can have a page where you write about yourself, add images, friends, contact details and any other thing that tickles your fancy. These pages are typically accessible to people who are also members of the social network.
This is where their power gets unveiled – that is, in relation to finding people free online. Because you are supposed to provide personal information, as mentioned above, you make it possible for other people to find your profile as long as they are members of that particular network.
You need to find the best social networks available today. Use a search engine like Google to type in the keyword “social networks” in order to populate a list of sites you can check out. Hundreds of results will be returned for your perusal. Start with the results at the very top – this is because the search engine put them there based on their popularity on the web. This means they attract the largest number of visitors and their user base is quite large. In fact it is large enough to find someone free in it.
Sign up on these top social netwoks. In most cases they will not charge you any thing to become a member. Once you become a member, take time to network with other members within the site in order to expand your network “reach”.
Once you become a member, you can also use the search tool to find people. Now, use this tool to search for the person you are looking for. It is possible that this person is a subscribed member as well. If you do not find the person – don’t give up, simply try another network.Below I will show you a list of how to use these to find a person free.
Take some time to check out Facebook, Bebo, Linkedin and Mysapce before going to any other social network.

If you are to be successful in todays competitive online market then you’ll need some handy tools to help get you there. You’ll be losing so much profit if you were to hire website designers to create you a bespoke site or script for every website you’re going to build. This is why people and groups have done the hard work for you – for free.
Below is a list of a few of the recommended free php scripts available to download and install within a few minutes, not only are they all very handy but they will save you lots of time and money.
1) One of the most popular scripts out there to date is WordPress, which I’m sure you’re already aware of. This blogging system has been around for years now and nearly every blogger out there has or will use this system at some point. Its high end coding even allows the user to create their own mods and themes to change the look of their blog.
2) Another great free php script would be Dolphin, a social networking script which allows you (the owner) to setup your own social network like Facebookc, Myspace, Bebo etc. Completely free of charge! This script can be edited easyily enough and you can change the way it looks with a few small edits. It’s a huge script so it may take a while to get used to, but this is a great script that should be downloaded even if you’re not interested in social networking.
3) Drupal is a leading content management system which is available for free. It’s more or less another WordPress system but unique in its own way and not specifically for bloggers. Drupal is aimed at giving webmasters a CMS (Content Management System) that makes life easier when managing content and members. Not only does Drupal offer a great open source CMS but it is built so programmers can produce some excellent mods and addons to the system which can make life easier for other webmasters.
These are just 3 of the most popular free php scripts on the market and definitely 3 of the best. There are many other php scripts out there that makes life easier for website developers & programmers but you’ll not find better scripts than these specifically for the niche they’re used for.
